The Mittherbst-Fest, It is one of the most important holidays in Chinese culture; its popularity is on par with that of Chinese New Year. The festival is held on the 15th day of the 8th month of the Chinese lunisolar calendar with a full moon at night, corresponding to mid-September to early October of the Gregorian calendar. On this day, the Chinese believe that the Moon is at its brightest and fullest size, coinciding with harvest time in the middle of Autumn.
On the occasion of the Mittherbst-Fest, Apfelkarbid company held a Mittherbst-Fest event to make moon cakes, an essential food for the Mittherbst-Fest.
Schritt 1
Alle Zutaten mischen, rühren, bis keine Klümpchen mehr vorhanden sind, 30 Minuten ziehen lassen und kneten, bis die Kruste glatt und fertig ist.
Schritt 2
Matcha-Füllung, Sahnefüllung, rote Dattelfüllung, Bohnenpaste-Füllung, Honig-Jasmin-Füllung zubereiten
Schritt 3
Den Boden flach drücken und die Füllung darin einwickeln, die Öffnung verschließen und in die Form geben und kräftig andrücken, um den Mondkuchen fertigzustellen. Für besseren Geschmack im Kühlschrank aufbewahren.
Schritt 4
Verpackung, handgefertigte schöne Geschenkbox.
